I enjoyed a spacious room with gorgeous Thai decor and appreciated the helpful staff at the front desk. While breakfast could improve, the location near Payatai Station made exploring the city easy.

Had a great time at True Siam Phayathai! Super comfy bed, and the bathtub in my room was a treat. The staff were really helpful with local tips. Just a heads up, they've got a small cash deposit at check-in, but otherwise, it's a solid spot!

Room size was impressive, and the hotel had easy access to public transport. The location is great for exploring the nearby shops and sampling street food, which is abundant in the area. However, the alley leading to the hotel felt unsafe at night, diminishing the overall comfort of staying. The breakfast was decent, but the lack of English channels on TV made it difficult to find entertainment in the evenings.

great value and charm in a traditional setting
The room was clean , new , and designed in a traditional Thai style that created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff showed incredible kindness and responsiveness throughout my stay. The location between two BTS stations made commuting easy, with access to explore further areas. I especially loved the splendid city view from my room, which added to my experience.
There wasn’t much to do in the immediate area.
